Day 1 - New gear - some idea

I am not a pink girl. I work out in all black. It is slimming and doesn’t show the sweat patches. Skins leggings hold me in and have flattering lines on them to slim the thighs before they are actually slim. On top I will be wearing a vest - not a wife beater or anything extreme, the Nike one above is simple enough to satisfy me. I have used Chris Richards Personal Training for about a year now but I have to admit to trailing off in December. So I am excited to get stuck back in. Weights, sprints and sugar free foods.
