Working directly with an inspiring founder and a super experienced Head of E-commerce (ex- Outnet & Net-a-Porter), your mission will be to define and lead on our omnichannel marketing strategy. This is a new role with plenty of scope for you to make your own mark. It will have a broad remit, including developing and executing on a data driven, strategy to attract new sellers and buyers to our luxury marketplace.
Branding & communication: Drive the conception and implementation of the overall brand vision and go-to- market strategy.
Performance marketing and CRM: Drive revenue and profitable customer acquisition by leveraging all digital and physical marketing channels including paid media, paid search, re-targeting, SEO, email, affiliate marketing, partnerships, social media, direct mail, etc. Identify different customer segments looking at how best to target, convert and retain them.
Partner marketing and events: Create, execute, manage, and track the success of joint marketing activities with partners as well as plan and manage events through out the year
Growth: Set and meet ambitious growth targets based on our current performance indicators
5+ years track record of building and leading a B2C marketing team to success online in a similar sector
Experience in quickly scaling companies within a similar sector
Extremely data driven and high attention to detail with the ability to show increased metrics, ROIs and results
Outstanding brand stewardship with the ability to clearly communicate brand values and messages across multiple channels: in store, online and through social media
Demonstrated experience in driving success in social media presence with significant savvy best practice marketing techniques
Great network and experience in managing advertising and media partners as well as marketing tools
A warm, people person with naturally outstanding customer service
Understanding and empathy with the circular economy and the preloved revolutioN
