PRIVATE CLIENT & PARTNERSHIPS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Working directly with an inspiring founder and a super experienced Head of E-commerce (ex- Outnet & Net-a-Porter), your mission will be to drive the growth of our ultra high network (UHNW) seller network and develop our B2B partnerships there is nothing more important to us than the strength of these relationships. This is a brand new role and you will have the opportunity to shape it yourself and within time, build a team around you. It will have a broad remit, including developing and executing on a data driven, strategy to onboard new UHNW sellers of beautiful preloved goods as well as identifying and developing B2B relationships for online and offline collaborations.

THE ROLE.

Own Private Client acquisition defining a data driven UHNW seller acquisition strategy and executing on that strategy, showing a clear return on investment

Lead on B2B partnerships: build and nurture strategic partnerships and think of innovative ways of reaching potential clients through partnership and co-branded activities

Own & execute on a B2B business strategy procuring overstock 

Work with the Store Manager and Head of Ecommerce to increase sales across all platforms

Build up a network of contacts in the luxury fashion industry for PR, events and client/customer growth

Build reporting tools to track lead generation, sales, and all other key performance indicators of the role

Achieve and exceed on weekly and monthly KPIs

Maintain relationships with our current client base

REQUIREMENTS.

Preferably experience in both B2C and B2B business development in the luxury space

Fantastic luxury fashion sales with intricate knowledge of brands

Process, strategy and data driven

Highly motivated, with the power to bring big ideas to life that will have fundamental business benefits

A warm, people person with naturally outstanding customer service and strong client relationship management

Fantastic network both personally and professionally within Central London and appreciation of everything the city has to offer

Previous track record of growing an email database & Instagram followers

Understanding and empathy with the circular economy and the preloved revolution
