Why should I shop with you?

We have been trading for over 35 years and have over 100 5 star reviews on Trustpilot. We understand luxury fashion and we meticulously curate our selection to bring you the best designer pieces. We ensure our items are authentic and genuine and are clear about the quality and condition of every item we sell. What are your shipping charges?

We offer a variety of shipping options worldwide, with free shipping in the UK over £150. Please see here for more information on our online delivery options. 

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be happy with every piece you buy so don't worry, we offer a seven day returns service from date of shipment when items are purchased online. In-store purchases are final and non-returnable. Return requests can only be made within seven days of shipment. Please refer to our buyers' terms and conditions for details on how to return items and our refund policy. 

Are your items genuine and authentic?

It is against the law to sell fake goods and we, therefore, take any attempt to re-sell fake goods through us very seriously. We inspect every item before it is listed, not after. For this reason we have a whole page dedicated to authentication which can be found here

How do I shop safely during the Coronavirus pandemic?

12 - 4pm. Our Chelsea store is operating strict social distancing rules with regular cleaning. We quarantine all clothing after it has been tried on for 72 hours in line with government guidelines. Visit us at 5 Elystan Street, Chelsea, London SW3 3NT. Open Monday - Saturday 10-6pm and Sunday

For regular clients we would be happy to take you through our current selection via a video call, contact us to arrange.

Why should I sell with you?

We take all the hassle out of selling your designer pieces. We offer complimentary collections (over 15 items), take professional photographs and videos, contact collectors and display your items online, in our London store and across multiple social media platforms. We handle all seller communication and send on to their new owner. We also handle all returns and pay you promptly once your item has sold. How do I sell with you?

What do you sell?

We sell premium designer bags, clothes, shoes and accessories by designer fashion houses such as Chanel, Hermes, Prada, Balenciaga, Gucci and Louis Vuitton. We will also take on-trend, seasonal pieces from contemporary brands such as Ganni, Rixo, Bella Freud and Mother of Pearl.

What is the cost of selling?

We do not have a set commission rate. We are flexible for outstanding pieces and large collections. Our regular rate of commission is circa 50% of the final sale price of the item. However for brand new pieces by Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Hermes we can reduce this. How do you value my item?

We want to ensure that you get the maximum amount you can for your piece whilst still ensuring a successful sale. We consider many different variables before approaching you with a suggested value including but not exclusively: the original price paid, the condition, the demand for and the rarity of the item. We have been in the preloved designer fashion industry for 35 years and have a great deal of knowledge about the price a customer will pay for each designer piece.

How do I ship my items to you?

Once approved, you can drop items into either of our locations during our opening hours, or safely send them to our Chelsea store via a courier. We can collect 10 or more items in person for sellers within a 15 mile radius of either of our locations in Ascot, Berkshire and Chelsea, London. For those who live further afield we will collect 10 or more items via courier for free, UK wide. 

What happens if my item doesn't sell?

After 6 weeks if your item is still unsold, it will qualify for a price reduction to help it to sell. If it doesn't sell within the 8 week sale period, you can either choose to reduce the sale price further, collect the item or bare the cost of the item being returned. You can also choose to send it to charity. 

How do I get paid?

We pay at the end of the month for all the items sold in that month via bank transfer. Please note due to having a return window, for online orders you will paid on the first opportunity after the seven day returns window has expired via bank transfer.

What about fake goods?
